-Do you ship to all countries?

  • Yes we offer Worldwide Shipping!

-How long does shipping take?

  • Three weeks for jewelry items
  • Two weeks for wholesale lipgloss orders 
  • One week or less for rushed orders

-Where is my order being shipped from?

  • Massachusetts 

Is the jewelry real?

  • Most of my jewelry are 10/14k gold plated unless stated otherwise.                                    

-How long does it take the jewelry to turn?

  • Jewelry will start to turn after a year.
  • All jewelry comes with a year warranty.
  • If jewelry turns before one year, I will be happy to redip/replace it.

-Will this jewelry break me out?

  • If you have very sensitive skin then, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing.
  • You should know what does and doesn’t break you out.

-Will I get a tracking number?

  • Yes, all orders come with a tracking number.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent to your email.
  • I will no longer be sending tracking numbers personally (ex: sending them through Facebook or Instagram)

-I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

  • Every order is automatically sent a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder.
  • If still missing, just contact us and we'll send you a brand new email confirmation.

-Missing Package: Tracking says delivered but didn't receive it yet.

  • If it’s our fault we will refund you or send you a new item.
  • If it’s the buyer’s fault, buyer will be responsible for the claim.
  • If we've confirmed with the post office and shipping carrier that the item has been delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing claims.
  • Please contact us for more details so we can find out the best solution for you.

-Tracking says delivered to a wrong address

  • We deliver to the exact address that was given to us.
  • I am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.
